Our company provided a full suite of civil and structural design services for the two-storey Traralgon residence with sweeping views across the Latrobe River flats.

The project included extensive landscaping and drainage works, such as reinforced concrete sleeper retaining walls to the rear of the residence, precast reinforced concrete retaining walls along the street frontage, a large off-form concrete swimming pool and extensive timber-framed decks. The dwelling itself included a raft slab, strip footings and structural steelwork, with cantilevered stair treads and concealed downpipes.
